After receiving a description of our customer’s requirements, we seek to fully understand these requirements by having a preliminary discussion guided by a series of questions. We then put together a detailed description of the most suitable solution, while working closely with our customers’ representatives this description is fully refined, costs fixed and a delivery schedule outlined.
